Troop 2 is a locally based Boy Scout Troop at First Presbyterian Church.  Our Golf Tournament was started to honor one our of Scout Masters who passed away during a climbing accident.  While with the Troop he focused on outdoor activities as a method to help the Scouts grow into young men. 

Funds raised by this Golf Tournament will go directly to Scouts for camping activities.  Boy Scouts provide our youth a healthy environment to grow and mature.  I have watched 100’s of young boys turn into young men through the years.  Venture camping trips, which this tournament helps support, provides the excitement, challenges and responsibilities to take a boy to the next level.

Recent Venture trips include a 50-mile canoe trip on the Green River, a Missouri River 50-miler and an experience at SeaBase in Florida (1 week in the Florida Keys).

Our Golf Tournament is held at the Cheyenne Shadows Golf Course on Fort Carson.
